আমি গত ৩০ বছরের চাকুরী করে ও টিউশনি করে প্রায় ৩০ লক্ষ টাকা সঞ্চয় করে ব্যাংকে এফ.ডি.আর করেছি। এই বছরে চাকুরীদাতার নির্দেশে আমি সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে প্রথম টিন করেছি। আমি ইনকাম ট্যাক্স সম্পর্কে অজ্ঞ।
আমার অন্য কোন স্থাবর সম্পত্তি নেই। আমাকে এই বছর কি রিটার্ন জমা দিতে হবে? নাকি আগামী বছর দিতে হবে? প্রথমবার রিটার্ন জমা দিলে এফ.ডি.আর সঞ্চয় কোথায় দেখাব? এফ.ডি.আর এর জন্য কি আমাকে কোন ট্যাক্স প্রদান করতে হবে?
যাদের আয় শুধু মাত্র সঞ্চয় পত্র এবং ব্যাংক FDR ইন্টারেস্ট থেকে, তাদের কি allowable investment (DPS/Stock Shares/Mutual Funds) করে টাক্স রেয়াত নেবার কোনো সুযোগ আছে? কিভাবে?

Hello, I'm 43 and have only recently started to look at my pension. I'm in the 1995 and 2015 scheme. I'm a way off retirement but I wondered if there was anything I should be doing or thinking about now/in the nearish future? Is it worth increasing pension contributions for instance and is there anything I should be keeping an eye on etc? This group has really helped my knowledge about what each scheme means.
